I founded Middlebeck Moments in August 2023, as after three years of being cooped up at a desk editing (thanks, Covid!) I'd come to the realisation that this was not a healthy or sustainable way of living life. I loves cats, cameras, and sunshine, which sort of makes sense having spent most of my childhood in Kuwait. I first picked up a DSLR camera aged 8, and haven't really put one down since.
I've always had a passion for telling stories, across all forms of media - from photographs, to films, but especially spoken words. There's nothing better than a great story. I moved back to the UK at age 14 to start boarding school and discovered my passion for video production during a school filmmaking competition. Since then, I've developed my craft, built a production company from the ground up, and worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, from beauty campaigns for YSL and Armani Beauty, to VFX and real estate projects across Europe.
But all along there's been something missing, and eventually, I realised that something was soul. Love. Passion for my craft. Hence, Middlebeck Moments was born - and I can't wait to bring my genuine, heartfelt creativity to your wedding film and create something you will cherish until the end of time.
The fact that something we've made with a few cameras and lenses, will become one of the most valuable pieces of content a family will ever have, really makes me realise the purpose of what we wake up to do each day. There's something incredibly humbling about that.
